Between the stylist and the client, and in the salon in general. It is important to understand and be aware of the dynamics that everyone brings with them to the work place, thus being able to deal with the energy that clients bring with them when they come to the Salon.

If you look at what the companies/industry is teaching, you would see that the focus is on how to cut and color, and the techniques to “do” the hair, and not how to “do” the client or how to “deal” with the client.
