Eduardo Vier, Professional Certified Coach

Eduardo Vier, PCC is a Business and Life Coach, specializing in helping Hairstylists who are on their way to Financial Freedom. Through his Group Coaching approach they become more confident and self-empowered, providing them with the tools that they need to grow from being a “good” Stylist to becoming a “Master” Stylist.

Starting as an apprentice at Carlton Hair International in Marina Del Rey in Los Angeles, California, Eduardo worked for twelve years as a Hairstylist and advancing to the level of Master and Mentor Stylist. In addition to the training with Carlton Hair International he took courses and classes with: Great Lengths; Vidal Sassoon Academy, Paul Mitchell, English Ideas, Rusk, Schwarzkopf and L’Oreal in Los Angeles; Bio-Ionic in Beverly Hills and Llongueras in Barcelona, Spain,

Eduardo’s curious interest led him to look for new ways to learn and grow, and new inspirations for his work, traveling to Japan, South Africa, Spain, Argentina and London for hair shows and to study their salons and techniques.

Eduardo has participated or worked in each of the following during his career:

Eduardo is a Graduate of Coachville, Thomas Leonard Coaching School

a Coachville Certified Coach (CVCC)

and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

He has the unique ability to intuitively understand his client’s situations in life while remaining an objective observer. Through Eduardo’s coaching sessions, Hairstylists are able to develop practical goals so they achieve and experience a sense of freedom and wholeness in their personal and professional performance.
